"Bernd was the Managing Director of Kommerling Chemische Fabrik GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC from 2013 to 2019 and led all aspects of the business including strategy and operations for this European based manufacturing business. He also led the global Insulated Glass Sealants business for Royal Adhesives & Sealants, a top ten global adhesives & sealants business. 

Bernd is a passionate and experienced operator, leader and motivator of management and line employees who has a track record of managing change. He is agile and flexible with a strong emphasis on strategic management and business development. Bernd consistently drove growth by executing strategy as well as improving supply chains.

In addition he was instrumental in various M & A processes from developing targets, managing due diligence, negotiating agreements and leading integrations. Bernd has wide ranging experience in growing and improving middle market manufacturing businesses."
